经友好协商，OMNEX已于2022年11月9日起解除与奥曼克（上海）咨询有限公司广州分公司、廖为庆先生（身份证号：3612219********79）以及其关联的广州赫德企业管理有限公司相关的品牌授权以及委托代理关系。OMNEX将不再与廖为庆先生和其团队分享包括且不仅限于任何专家、场地、培训材料、技术以及方法论。自2022年11月9日起，奥曼克（上海）咨询有限公司广州分公司、广州赫德企业管理有限公司以及廖为庆先生以OMNEX名义签署的任何宣传、商务活动和文件将不再与本公司有任何法律约束或授权关系。奥曼克（上海）咨询有限公司广州分公司营业执照正在注销过程中。

即日起，奥曼克在广东、广西、福建和海南的业务由OMNEX中国运营总部奥曼克（上海）咨询有限公司接管。奥曼克（上海）咨询有限公司将竭诚为OMNEX的客户提供服务，并推出我们针对客户量身定做的，最先进的智能网联汽车相关服务，包括ISO 26262功能安全，ASPICE，网络安全和SOTIF。

Announcement on the revocation of authorization and termination of cooperation

for South China operations

As a result of amicable negotiations, OMNEX has revoked the brand authorization and entrusted agency relationship related to OMNEX (Guangzhou) Consulting Co., Ltd. , Mr. Robert Liao （ID：3612219********79）and his associated company Guangzhou He De Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. with effect from November 9, 2022. Omnex will no longer share with Mr. Robert Liao and his team any experts, venues, training materials, technology, methodologies etc. Any publicity, business contact activities and documents signed by OMNEX(Guangzhou) Consulting Co., Ltd., Mr. Robert Liao or Guangzhou He De Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. in the name of OMNEX will no longer have any legal binding or authorized relationship with Omnex with effect from close of business hours of November 09, 2022. The cancellation of OMNEX (Guangzhou) Consulting Co., Ltd. business license is already initiated.

With immediate effect, the business of OMNEX (Guangzhou) Consulting Co., Ltd. in Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian and Hainan has been taken over by OMNEX (Shanghai) Consulting Co., Ltd, our China Operations Headquarters. OMNEX (Shanghai) Consulting Co., Ltd. will continue to serve OMNEX's customers to our fullest capacity and also be introducing our cutting-edge consulting methods on Electric Vehicle- Autonomous Vehicle related services that include ISO 26262 Functional Safety, ASPICE, Cybersecurity and SOTIF exclusively for our customers.
