Chad founded Omnex in the 1980s. Omnex has been working in the Automotiveindustry for 30 years and Omnex principals been active in writing different automotivestandards including QS 9000, ISO/TS 16949, Semiconductor Supplement, APQP, FMEA and Core Tools.
Mike Down worked with Dr. Deming from 1985 to 1993 and one of 10 people from GM asked to go to his funeral in Washington DC. Mike also represented GM at both SAE and AIAG, providing extensive guidance and input to the development of Global Automotive Standards reference documents on Quality and Core tools, including APQP/CP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, and DRBFM.
Today, Mike is actively working on the SAE J1739 committee updating the FMEA standard.
Mike has traveled to Europe, Mexico, Canada, and throughout the US.
Mike has a Master Degree in Statistics from Oakland University.
Greg Gruska was a writing member of the MSA, SPC, FMEA, and EFMEA Manualsubcommittees of the American Automotive industry's Supplier Quality Requirements Task Force, part of the international task force governing IATF 16949.
Additionally, he has significant and extensive hardware and softwareexperience in automotive applications.
Dave started working with a large jet engine manufacturer on its initial PPAP effortand then this process and protocol was adapted within all of the organization sglobal aerospace member companies. Omnex continues its work.
Dave Watkins is currently Executive Vice President& Director of Internationa lOperations and over the 22 years spent with Omnex he has worked in a widevariety of industries implementing APQP and PPAP and transforming New ProductDevelopment processes.
Dave has traveled to over 450 cities and 45 countries.
